Photos Process Overview
• Unedited photos are returned within 24-42 hours via Dropbox.
• A rush fee of $35.00 applies for immediate delivery (EDITED).
• Editing choices include 1-2 business days

• Editing time ranges from 30 minute to 2 hour if you want your photos edited the same day.

Additional Fees
• Late fee charges may occur if photographer is on-site and late.
• Same-day bookings incur $35 extra for last-minute bookings.
• Travel fee applies after 6 miles from downtown area.
• $25 per person without photographer's consent. Non-negotiable.

• If a client exceeds their time plan, they will be charged an additional $25.00. Non-negotiable 

Photo Session Cancellation Policy
• 50% cancellation fee applies based on service order.
• Full charge for non-attendance.
• Client must schedule a new session.
• Late fee may be charged if photographer is waiting on-site.

Refund Policy
• No refunds after scheduled sessions.
• Prompt notification required for refund eligibility.
• Refunds sent via email with reimbursement information.
• Funds restoration may take 7-15 business days.

LATE FEE Policy
• 10 minute late fee: $15.
• 15 minute late fee: $35.
• 20 minute late fee: $60.
• After 20 minutes, session cancellation and full charge.

Rescheduling Fee Overview
• Extra $25.00 if service isn't rescheduled 3-5 days prior.

    Booking Process

• Receive email with necessary session information.

• No liability for missing information due to non-acceptance of confirmation.

• Payments made on the site and in person

• Contact us for payment issues.

• Session ends after customer time.

• Additional fee for extra time is non-negotiable.
